How do I receive the funds I raise?+
Create a Merchant Account linked to Stripe in your Merchant & Deposit Settings. After validation, deposits activate and your first deposit arrives 2-3 business days later. Your payout schedule is posted in the same settings area.
Are there any hidden fees?+
No. Snowball charges only the annual plan fee and per-transaction credit card processing fees. There are no additional platform fees, penalties or hidden charges, and donors can choose to cover processing fees.
What is text-to-give and how does it work?+
Supporters text a unique Snowball number with a keyword (trigger word) and receive a link to a donation page. Each trigger word is tied to a specific campaign. Text-to-give is available on Premium, Professional and Enterprise plans.
How does donor data migration work?+
Snowball provides CSV-based upload tools so you can move existing supporters and past transactions to the platform in bulk.
What support is available?+
